During your engagement session, you will learn how your photographer works to set the scene for your images. As they will want to capture you at your most natural, much of the “posing” is more instruction about interacting with each other. I would rather photograph the natural reactions and situations by having couples interacting with each other whilst we being able to have a chat and a laugh with me. That will bring out the best in all of us!

A few of my couples have had one of their engagement photographs mounted and asked their guests to sign the mount around the photograph – which they can frame afterwards. This means it doesn’t end up as a guest book collecting dust on a shelf.
