From the world of corporate European football to bridal fashion, co-founders Rebecca Goodwin and Damaris Papoutsakis share the same passion for empowering and creating value for the strong and independent women of the world both through their leadership positions in football event management and now in the world of bridal fashion.
The Dress Tribe concept was born after Papoutsakis’ own struggle to find her dream wedding dress. The duo turned their frustration at the bridal dress search process into a lightbulb moment, leading to the development of The Dress Tribe. Both have used their experiences in VIP protocol and sponsorship management at global football organisation UEFA (Geneva, Switzerland) to better understand and service the needs of all stakeholders within the bridal dress industry.
