Abi and Tom
Tom and Abi’s wedding at the beautiful Crowcombe Court was one of those days where everything seemed to come together perfectly. After meeting them for their engagement shoot on another gloriously sunny day back in March, it was such a pleasure to see them again and watch them become husband and wife.
From Abi getting ready surrounded by her beautiful, colourful flowers from Artificial Hannah to Tom discovering the little piece of embroidery Abi had sewn beneath his shirt collar, there were personal touches everywhere. Their ceremony was filled with happy tears, huge smiles and plenty of laughter, followed by time to enjoy the grounds, celebrate with family and friends and, of course, take on the wedding mini golf!
As the afternoon turned into evening, the celebrations continued with a beautiful reception, a well-rehearsed first dance and a fabulous saxophonist getting everyone onto the dancefloor. We also managed to sneak away for some photographs in the most beautiful golden evening light, which gave us the perfect opportunity to capture some quiet time together.
With around 80 guests celebrating with them, Tom and Abi’s wedding was full of colour, personality and all the people who mean the most to them. It was a real joy to photograph from beginning to end.
I loved all the colourful details that made Tom and Abi’s day feel so personal, from Abi’s beautiful flowers to the embroidery hidden beneath Tom’s collar. But the mini golf has to be a favourite - because who doesn’t love a little wedding-day competition? And that golden evening light was pretty special too!
